Due to the personalized nature of our services, full refunds are generally not available once work has started. However, we believe in fairness and transparency, and all refund requests are reviewed individually.
Refund requests may be considered if:

If delays occur due to our responsibility and we are unable to provide a reasonable resolution, a refund may be issued, depending on project status.
No refund once the ISBN registration, formatting, platform submission, or metadata setup has begun
No refund once a campaign has started or third-party advertising spend (such as social media ads or press releases) has been used
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to use our revision process. We provide reasonable revisions based on the agreed scope of work. Refunds are not granted unless all reasonable revision options have been exhausted.

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating any chargeback. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication and revision support. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with full project documentation.
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power or server outages, pandemics, wars, or other unforeseen global events.
